Since 1879 and from generation to generation, the Tudanca family in their bakeries in Burgos and Aranda de Duero has been producing its most emblematic product: "El Hojaldre Tudanca" (Tudanca Puff Pastry).
Its centenary formula, jealously guarded in our artisan bakery, generates a thin and crunchy sheet, very delicate to the palate, which has been enjoyed exclusively by our closest consumers.
